EDIT EDIT:  So I'm reading this www.copyblogger.com/cj-lyons-e… and I encourage any authors or writers to go ahead an read it... gives me some shiny shiny hope ^-^  Also helped calm my fears about how much I put on DA... hehe maybe I need an e-mail list too, am I right? XD

But the message remains the same as it always did for me.. if you want to be successful, you have to work hard and be patient and build up a fanbase.

DA is great place to do just that - and draw free junk for people sometimes - and I really hope I never have to leave.  

Don't mind me, I just like to share the motivation around X3

Amoretta sat at her desk, rubbing her forefingers against her temples.
'Ugh, why did I leave all my studying 'til now of all times?'  she groaned.  Amoretta had a test the following day.  A writing one, preferably.  She had to write a whole mass of stuff entirely in keigo!  Unfortunately, if there was one thing Amoretta was guilty of it was procrastination.  Procrastination was really bad, especially if you're a third year student.
'B-But hey,'  Amoretta began saying to herself.  ' 'Cause I'm studying now, it'll be fresh in my head for tomorrow!'  After laughing nervously to herself, Amoretta stopped and groaned again.  She let her head fall against her desk.
The worst thing was how Amoretta had no one to actually support her.  Sure she had friends, but they were either sleeping (because it was really late) or studying.  And she lived in Japan, 

Holy cow that's a lot of stuff.
