VDBiF 36 - What happens to naughty vampires

Aaaah I've missed doing spontaneous comics (though this one has been planned for a while, I just randomly decided to do it yesterday). That's the downside to arcs...

Scaring your kids half to death is a-ok if it gets them to behave, right?

All little vampires get some version of this talk... they can't be allowed to go around biting people as they please because normal people do not appeciate that and they haven't learned enough magic to get away from danger (vampires get their abilities from magic, which is why their abilities vary... Tyrian is an exception to this rule, being a fairy, he's born with magic, but since all the other locals have magic too, that is null and void anyway.)

Basically if you want your kids to live you need to teach them about the concept of permission and whatnot. Particularly since little vampires bite pretty hard... another thing they need to learn is to bite gently. Vampires traditionally bite people in their sleep after all, so it's a necessary skill for survival when permission is unobtainable... and to make their parent's life more bearable.
